June 2018’s Projects

By Jolly Edition

Emily & Dan’s save the date, invitation, Baltimore wedding map and (library inspired) reply card came with a unique set of bookish, desert floral challenges (Arizona meets Maryland) for the announcement and introduction of their wedding at Baltimore’s prestigious Peabody Library. The stars, plants and seas are reflected in these pieces as though they could pick up a book on each subject. The invitation cover features the specific constellations that will appear in the sky on the date and location of their wedding day.

hand-bound walnut dyed baby book
When my childhood best friend announced that she was pregnant with her first child, I knew I had to make something special for her. I contacted our letterpress printer asap to commission her for this incredibly special baby book. It's hand bound, hand-dyed walnut, and gold foil printed. Printed on the inside are the name of Rowan's parents, his date of birth and a poem to celebrate his arrival. I love you Kim and I love you Rowan, I'm so happy you're here x
